Recommended Practice Attendance:
4 – 6 hours per week
50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m & 1500m all strokes and stamina work
Regional Championships, Devon Championships, Level 1-3 meets, Club champs and interclub galas (if selected)
Water bottle, kickboard, fins, pull buoy, kick board, two pairs of goggles, free style snorkel and swim hat.
