Teacher - Swim school
Location: Pools based in Exeter.
Hours to suit: Sessions are held on a Wednesday & Friday evening and Sunday daytime
Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with children and adults
Experience: Ideally two years. Experience of working with disabilities an advantage
Qualifications: Essential – ASA/SE Level 2 Teacher or STA Level 2 Certificate
Desirable - NPLQ or NRASTC qualified
Other: DBS required. Safeguarding training
Working with children between the ages of 3 - 16
Assistant teacher - Swim school
Working with children between the ages of 3 - 16
Location: Pools based in Exeter.
Hours to suit: Sessions held on a Wednesday & Friday evening and Sunday daytime

Experience: One year preferred but not essential
Qualifications: Essential – ASA/SE Level 1 Assistant Teacher or STA Level 2 Award

Other: DBS required. Safeguarding training, Advantage but not essential: Experience/qualification with disabilities
Volunteer - Swim school
*This role would be suitable for teenagers from the age of 14 working towards DofE award or similar
Supporting teachers and assistants and working with children between the ages of 3 - 8 (sometimes older)
Location: Pools based in Exeter.
Hours to suit: Sessions held on a Wednesday & Friday evening and Sunday daytime
Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with children and adults
Experience: One year preferred but not essential
Qualifications: Non required. We offer the opportunity to gain your Swim England Aquatic Helper Award
Volunteer Coaches - all squads
*This role would be suitable for a parent with a swimmer at ECSC
Supporting the Coach and Assistant Coach within swimming training sessions.
Working with children aged 8 to young adult, starting on the performance pathway to those already achieving at a National level.
Location: Pools based in Exeter.
Hours to suit: Choice of sessions held evenings and weekends
Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with children and be able to motivate others
Experience: Beneficial to have a sport coaching background. A background in swimming is desirable.
Qualifications: Desirable to have Level 1 coaching
Other: DBS required. Safeguarding training, interested in working towards Level 1 & 2 qualification
