Senior Training & Competition

To further develop ability and stamina enabling a swimmer to move towards achieving their personal goals through hard work


Squad Criteria:

  • Ages 14 - 18

  • Legal strokes, turns and starts in all events

  • Self-motivated to work hard and achieve goals

  • Ability to swim 10 x 200 freestyle on turnaround of 3.20


Session Times:
Wednesday PM

Thursday PM

Friday PM

Sunday AM

Recommended Practice Attendance:
4 - 6 hours per week


Focus training:
Individualised training for senior swimmers and IM based stamina training for age group/youth


Focus competitions:
Regional Championships, Devon Championships, Level 1-3 meets, league galas (if selected)
