To further develop ability and stamina enabling a swimmer to move towards achieving their personal goals through hard work
All 4 strokes legal
Capable of legal starts
Understand written instructions
Swimmers should be aiming for Devon/Regional championships
Self motivated to achieve at the highest level
Recommended Practice Attendance:
4 - 6 hours per week
50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m & 1500m all strokes and stamina work
Regional Championships, Devon Championships, Level 1-3 meets, Club champs and interclub galas (if selected)
Water bottle, kickboard, fins, pull buoy, two pairs of goggles, free style snorkel and swim hat.
Swimmers also need a green Club swim hat and Club t-shirt for competitions. All these items are available to purchase from the Club.
