*Please be advised that as of 1 January 2023, we require 60 days notice of cancellation. You will also be expected to pay for any Meets that you have signed up for.
If payment is not received for any invoice, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee and interest on any late fees.
The Gift Aid Scheme allows Exeter City Swimming Club to reclaim the basic rate tax back from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on your monthly membership and annual membership from customers who pay UK tax. This will increase the Clubs income by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1. Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year and we can also go back four tax years too. Please complete the Gift Aid Form as part of the annual membership process.
Instructions for new members
Important - Due to the embedded forms used, please register using either a tablet or PC/Laptop not your phone.
Once you have created a Sportsengine account and verified your email address, it will automatically take you into the screen below to continue registering your details with our club. Account info is for the bill payer and parent of the swimmers/members you wish to register. Once you have completed this Account Info, you will be prompted to add a 'new member' on the next page.

Now that you have added the account holders information, the next page will prompt you to add your swimmer to the registration (if you have more than one swimmer, you will need to complete this part and come back out to click + Add member again). Clicking on + Add Member will bring up another screen to enter details of who your swimmer is and any medical information we need to be aware of.

After adding medical information, add them to the group/squad they have been assigned to. For swimming lesson members this will be Learn to Swim.

It will also ask you to complete information for us to register you with Swim England, the governing body of swimming in England. If this is your child's first time swimming with a club, they will most likely not have a Swim England ID number. If you are transferring from another Swimming Club you will most likely already have an ID number to enter.

Once you have added your swimmer, you will be taken back out to the first page where you have the option to add another swimmer, or continue to complete the Gift aid, photography consent and code of conduct form.
